Our organization has been registered u/s 6(1) of the Foreign Contributions Regulation Act., 1976 and our registration number is 010250157 for Educational, Social and Cultural Activities.
By virtue of the above registration under Foreign Contributions Regulations Act., 1976, we have been permitted by Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi to receive Foreign Contributions from foreign donors from any part of the World through our bank Andhra Bank, Sattupalli, Khammam Dt., (AP)
Our organization has also been registered with Department of Income Tax, (Exemptions) Hyderabad where local contributions made to Vineyard India Compassion Trust are given 50% tax deductions on the donations made vide orders F.No.DIT(E)/HYD/80G/19(10) / 10-11.
Vineyard India Compassion Trust is also persuing and filed an application with the Ministry of Finance for Exemption of 100% Tax u/s 35AC which is under due process and is expected to be sanctioned is due time.
