International Donations Policy

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Vineyard India Compassion Trust relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term Vineyard India Compassion Trust or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is plot No.15-1241 G72, Jithendra Enclave, Near Dukes School, Mirjalaguda,Malkajgiri, Secunderabad. Our Trust registration number is F.No.DIT(E)/I{YD/12A& 80G/20(11 )/06-07 Dated: 02-03-2007. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

  • International Donations will only be accepted by Vineyard India Compassion Trust (VICT) from known donors whose complete profile is reviewed and accepted by VICT Board.
  • The profile of the Donor consists either one of the following documents :: a. Passport b. Social Security Number c. Any other document which is issued by the Federal/Central Government. The physical document will be present at the VICT office at any given point of time for inspection by the Payment Gateway Team.
  • The IP address of the donor is also recorded and the exact location will be stored in the database of the donor and for Payment Gateway team for verification at any given point of time.
  • The PG donations will not be allowed to route to the corresponding banks unless and until the donor is a verified donor.
  • New Donors will have to produce the documentation as per point number 2 above else the amount donated will be refunded within 30 days from the date of arrival after deductions of ANY service charges levied by the Payment Gateway.
  • The un-approved donations will not be accepted to the corresponding bank unless the donor has prior approval documentation with VICT.
  • PG cap will have limitation for USD 10000 or EUR 10000 ONLY. Donations above this value will be accepted only through wire transfer and not by PG.
  • All the International Donations are informed to the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi every year in prescribed FC-3 annual returns along with the addresses and donation amount received.
  • Details of Donor about credit card, debit card are not stored on any servers of VICT.
  • Only complete details of Donor Name, Address, E-mail and telephone will be collected
